Rosemary was born with an innate interest in cooking and flavours, bought up to use home-grown vegetables, free-range eggs, and local meat.
Throughout her adult life she has been a keen entertainer, always seeking out new recipes. Firstly sticking exactly to the recipe thereafter adding her own touches.
Together with two friends Rosemary ran a café for five years, where nearly everything was homemade.
Having run her outside catering business alongside the café she now concentrates solely on catering, creating anything from a plate of sandwiches to a wedding buffet for her clients. Her aim is to produce the meal of her clients’ dreams.
